South Australia is sponsoring up to 10 places for founders to join our UK or USA Missions.

If you are a South Australian founder of an early-stage, high-growth technology business then you may be eligible to apply for a funded place on our upcoming trade missions to the UK or USA.

Successful applicants will have their full mission participation fee sponsored which includes an intensive 7 day schedule and 6 nights accommodation, plus pre- and post-mission workshops and coaching.

* A maximum of 10 funded places are available across both or UK and US trade missions. The selection and awarding of any funded places on either the US or UK missions, and the number of places allocated to each specific mission, is at the sole discretion of the Government of South Australia and Tribe Global Ventures Pty Ltd, and all such decisions are final.

Eligibility criteria:

To be eligible to apply for support in relation to this mission, applicants must:

Be over the age of 18 as at 30 April 2024.

Be the founder or co-founder of a startup or scale-up tech-enabled business which has it's primary place of work in South Australia *

Be fit, willing and able to attend and actively participate in the entire mission program in London (9-15 June 2024) or the US (27 October - 2 November 2024).

Be willing and able to attend and actively participate in the pre- and post- mission workshops and events.

Be willing to share data and insights and complete pre-mission and post-mission surveys and reports.

Have a valid passport and be eligible for travel to either the UK or USA.

Be able to arrange and pay for their own flights, transfers, travel insurance, meals, and other personal travel incidentals and expenses.

This Mission is being supported by the Government of South Australia.

* We consider a startup or scale-up to be a high-growth potential, early-stage technology venture. If there are multiple co-founders, and one or more live and work outside South Australia, these can still apply as long as the bulk of active participants in the business work in South Australia.

I understand the mission inclusions and exclusions, and that I am responsible for organising and paying for my own return airfares, airport transfers, travel insurance, most meals and any other personal expenses or incidentals.
I consent to my application information being shared with the Government of South Australia.
If successful I consent to my company name and my personal name being used in any associated media or social media announcements about the mission.
I understand and accept that the selection and awarding of any funded places on the mission are at the sole discretion of the Government of South Australia and Tribe Global Ventures Pty Ltd, and all such decisions are final.
