GreaseBoss is a lubrication management platform for heavy industries. It aims to tackle the critical issue of incorrect machinery lubrication, which accounts for 70% of mechanical failures and costs the industry billions annually.

The platform simplifies and automates lubrication management, ensuring equipment is correctly greased to minimise downtime. Using RFID tags on each lubrication point, and smart flow meters, GreaseBoss guides, records, and analyses each grease event, pushing data to the “GreaseCloud”. They estimate their solution eliminates 99% of grease-related failures.

Since launching in 2019, GreaseBoss focused on developing and testing their hardware and software to ensure machinery compatibility. This groundwork led to focusing on the mining, manufacturing and water utility sectors. GreaseBoss has grown their ARR with a YoY growth rate of 340%.

The company has demonstrated a strong sales pipeline, and we believe they are on a path to achieve $10M+ ARR from expansion of their existing customers independent of their sales activities also attracting new logos.

Tribe is investing up to AUD$1.5M at a pre-money valuation of USD$10M. We offer this allocation only to sophisticated investors, with a minimum allocation of $25k per investor. Our standard deal terms and fees apply.

Wholesale investor requirement
We can only accept investments from 'sophisticated investors' as defined in Section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), being an investor who has:

• net assets in excess of AUD$2.5 million, or
• a gross income in excess of AUD$250,000 pa for each of the last two financial years.

You will be required to complete an identity check and provide a wholesale investor certificate signed by your accountant before being able to proceed to making an investment.
